Many studies were conducted to maintain the environment by reducing waste, especially pineapple peel waste. This study aims explore effect of various pressure homogenization process on bacterial cellulose membrane surface morphology and structure produced using extract The methods include preparation pellicle samples from product fermentation Acetobacter xylinum a medium Bacterial pellicles crushed blender. Mashed then homogenized in High-Pressure Homogenizer with variation 0 bar, 150 300 450 dan 600 bar cast into mold. solutions dried an oven at 60°C for 8 hours. was analyzed XRD SEM analysis morphology. results indicate that crystalline properties BCM shifted after being treated processing Homogenizer.
